Starting to bloom now, it is drought resistant, and has the most irresistible smell I even new from a plant, It says that here it is planted to prevent mosquito's to come to your house.

looks like a Plectranthus caninus, (coleus caninus), many of plectranthus indeed have great smells to their leaves.

thanks looks like your are right, it also called " cat plant" , it has a reputation for repelling cats and dogs, although locally I seen cats playing near and inside this plants.

P.S. I hate the smell of this plant, it is even worse that smell of the guava fruit
