What is the best way to start a cutting of an Angel wing begonia? Water or soil? This winter has almost finished off the one on my porch, and I would like to start cuttings before it gives up.

I just lop off a good size stem and stick it in potting soil. No special care needed. Here's one I did about 6 weeks ago:

Thumb of 2019-02-24/Henderman/78308d

The stem is a little long but that can be fixed later
