Got this one without a tag. Originally thought it was an indoor plant, but it made it through our winter which had a few days around 25 deg F. The plant has regrown some leaves since the picture, but for the most part, still looks the same. It could have been trimmed like this intentionally, but I'm not sure.

Daphne odora - it should be outside. They do well in your climate, but need a site with good drainage.
