This plant came up wild on a piece of land in southeastern Tx this spring. I first thought it was frog fruit. It also looks like vervain. It has slightly pointed lance shaped leaves. They are opposite. The plants are about a foot and a half tall.

I am pretty sure it is prinella vulgaris.
I think it is beautiful. Since it is a wild flower it should be easy Cate. It is going iny garden. Crying
