This vine is grow on my fence. The tiny red flowers are all over it. Anyone know what it is?

The dark photo doesn't show the blooms very clearly but I wonder if it might be Rangoon Creeper (Combretum indicum)

The milkvine with roundish leaves seems like it. Is that a milkweed?

Nope, Milkweeds are Asclepias, totally different genus.

While not an asclepias... the monarchs sometimes lay eggs on it... and the tussock moths and Milkweed leaf beetle will also eat this milkweed vine...

So... I would have answered yes, sorta...

You might want to search texas mateleas... there are many local varieties and... the carolina type found in my area may not be exactly the variety in your area.
