Short answer. No .

Do not cut leaves on any plant unless they are yellowing or brown. Leaves feed the plant, to make it strong so it will have more flowers next yr. If it is a re-bloomer it needs leaves to re-bloom.

Welcome to the forum!

There is a daylily hybridizer -- I can't remember which one at the moment, maybe someone else can refresh my memory -- who cuts back his leaves while his daylilies are blooming. I assume his rebloomers will still rebloom, as a hybridizer wouldn't want to eliminate blooms.

However, if your daylilies are NOT reblooming daylilies, I don't think that anything can make them bloom again. I've read claims on the internet, but they seem somewhat specious.
