There is a daylily hybridizer -- I can't remember which one at the moment, maybe someone else can refresh my memory -- who cuts back his leaves while his daylilies are blooming. I assume his rebloomers will still rebloom, as a hybridizer wouldn't want to eliminate blooms.

However, if your daylilies are NOT reblooming daylilies, I don't think that anything can make them bloom again. I've read claims on the internet, but they seem somewhat specious.
