As I am preparing my personal spreadsheet of irises, I would like to thank Kent @KentPfeiffer and Sue @Calif_Sue for their countless hours spent on creating and contributing to our Iris Database!

The complicated lineage of some irises is something to be dealt with precision and it has been done so with painstaking accuracy.

Also, to the many of you who have spent many hours uploading beautiful pictures of your own irises, so that we may view them in all climates and settings.

I would be lost without this database. I reference it all the time. Thanks everyone

I love looking at the parents of some iris. Keppel's Baltimore doesn't vaguely look like either of its parents. Thanks to Kent and Sue and also thanks to Aruba for his outstanding pictures.

Yes I use it heavily to make purchase decisions. I love seeing the different way a particular Iris grows in different gardens/locations.

I now use it some to study what crosses I might try, based on what a parent Iris has already produced.

It's such a blessing!!
