NGA has been contrary off and on today. It seemed better for a while, but it's started becoming unresponsive at times before a page finally loads. Earlier today it went completely unresponsive and the following was the message that I received. If this message is true, it's better information than usual in that it clearly lays the cause on something besides my connections or ISP. This the screen capture from earlier.

I've seen that issue once today as well.
