Could someone please help me ID this guy?

It's not doing too well:( It was doing fine in it's current spot for past two months but recently took a turn for the worst. Just noticed tonight all the leaves on back stem fell off, yikes! Hoping a google search will yield the secrets to its revival.

Thanks in advance!

How close to a window is it? How often do you water it?

Gina1960: Your knowledge of plants is admirable Smiling thanks again!

Calif_Sue: I have it in my entryway which has a skylight above door and glass outside door we often leave open so its gets a substantially amount of light. I've been watering it maybe every two weeks? I should probably keep a chart of some sort to track this type of thing due to the dismal survival rate of past houseplants.

Be forgiving to yourself, I do think these are quite finicky house plants. They tend to get brown edges and leaf drop. I have no advice, wish I did. Maybe try the birgandy rubber tree. They're much easier than this one!
