And I agree. I love slaw, fried cabbage, raw cabbage, stir fried with onions, sauerkraut, and from my childhood the cabbage heart or stalk! Thank you Valarie for such a tasty banner!

Cal, I don't have a picture, but it looks like this minus the broccoli. I like to slice in a couple of potatoes too.
Salt & pepper to taste.

thank you for the scrumptious food comments i'm not sure where I took this photo, too many white butterflies around here, they would all be see through.

I mainly eat cabbage in a coleslaw or finely sliced with a little water, butter, and pepper,and microwaves a min or two.
