I've had Poinsettia for years. I've split it many times and it just keeps producing blooms and sets lots of seed pods (bee pollinated). It's a very hardy and great daylily Hurray!

I don't grow 'Poinsettia' although I hope to obtain it!

It seems to be enjoying some new celebrity. For one thing, it is the pod parent of Brian Reeder's gorgeous 'Mount Doom', (Reeder, 2016), which I do grow & treasure. There's an image in the Plant Database here but I don't know how to link it.

I found this comment on the site of Ravencroft Cottage in Jordan, NY:
"Those who are familiar with Poinsettia know of its fabulous candelabra branching, which it readily passes on to its offspring."

That seems to be borne out by the terrific branching of 'Mount Doom'!

Does anyone have the bloom size, bud count, or branching for this plant. I have the plant and have grown it a couple of years, but have never thought to check those.
