This is one of the first named Daylilies I added. It's nothing special compared to modern types but it has its charms.
It appears after most others have finished.
Bud count is low and the scrapes aren't particularly strong, but they don't completely collapse either.

Finally figured out that my supposed Frans Hals was actually Russell's Minuet. I've had this for a long time, never particularly high bud count, always one flower at a time. But it flowers super late, when most others are done.

2023 update…Russell's Minuet flowered from July 16-August 26th, pretty impressive! I had a lot more bloom this year than previously, probably because I weeded that bed in the Fall of 2022. I counted over 65 blooms. I'm pretty sure it is a Bud builder too. This is the first time I've noticed multiple blooms opening every day.
