The article mentions erythritol as a sweetener. I saw it listed on a drink recently and was curious. It sounds very good. Here's more

We only look for items sweetened with erythritol, (use in moderation to avoid mild tummy ache) stevia or monk fruit. No artificial sweeteners, hubby can't stand the chemical after taste. We pretty much gave up sugar 2 years ago when hubby went from pre-diabetic with a blood glucose of 6.8% to diabetic of 9.2%. Cutting out sugar and almost all carbs, which convert to elevated blood glucose, he dropped 45 lbs and got his blood glucose count down to 5% so is no longer a diabetic. I lost 20 lbs following the same program. Green Grin!

Great job! When all is said and done.. a healthy diet can take care of so many...not all...but so many health ills. I have used monk fruit too, it's not that bad
