We love to talk about all aspects of weather, the effect on our gardens, and on our lives. It's a good place to keep a record of weather in our gardens from year to year too, so for that reason let's try to stay as close to the topic as we can. Please join in and tell us about your weather.

Char your picture is gorgeous Lovey dubby

45/25 and sunny today. We taught our 11 yr old grandson how to play Rummy Royal (Tripoli) yesterday and he had a ball. Caught on quickly and is very competitive. Granddaughter painted while 4 of us played the game. All were happy but ate too much!!! Back to work today Sighing!

So we have changed to Winter 2020/2021 So it is cold outside and Christmas is just around the corner like Friday is Christmas Day! Of course, it looks
like the chances for rain have increased in number in the 10 day forecast with up to an 80% chance on Wednesday December 23rd and then up to 60% on
Sunday December 23 and then a 50 to 60% chance on Tuesday and Wednesday December 29/30 We will see if we get some rain! I will be looking
forward to warmer temperatures with the rains. But other than the rainy days it looks like highs in the 50's and 60's and lows getting down to the 40's
and 50's which rates as cold to me!
Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds that you plant.

I agree gorgeous photo, Char!

It is mild here today with a high of 36 F or 2 C, with a chance of flurries or rain showers. We have very little snow, but could get some by Christmas.

The Roads look clear and anybody that bothered to shovel the sidewalk then it is clear. But otherwise the snow from last Wednesday and Thursday is not melting. Too much snow everywhere including my driveway which did not get shoveled.

You would definitely enjoy our winters here, Rita. Summer, probably not so much. Thinking

It is good that you were already prepared to stay in over Christmas, Rita.

We have very little snow here. We may get a few inches Christmas eve and day, but so far, the forecast is only for a few inches.

It has been drizzling/misting, so our snow is melting now. More grass than snow at this point. We'll have snow Christmas Eve, and the high, on Christmas day, is forecasted to be around 19 degrees. Blinking Blinking

Hi everyone and Happy Solstice! The sun is reborn! Soon his short little self will get longer and taller but sure is dark right now.
The temps here are inching up after a four or five day deep freeze ( not much snow melting yet, still at least 8 inches outside.). Temps hit 36 today, cloudy. Going down to 25 overnight and clearing. Looks like it'll get warmer throughout the week with a 90% chance of rain for Christmas. I just hope it waits until later in the day so that I can dash around playing my Christmas Masses ( four of them!) in peace. Only gigs I have for months, at least it shouldn't be snowing...
