I more fault the unscrupulous online seed sellers who 'seem' to be selling mislabeled or just plain 'fake' seeds, judging by the complaints I've seen. Example, google Rainbow colored rose seed... one Amazon listing seems to show 7.99 for a pack of those. They may make their bucks in smaller pieces but I bet they are making decent bucks.
