Not sure but I think I'm seeing onion or garlic chive blooms poking thru some other plant.

Looks like it might be American Beautyberry (Callicarpa americana) about to bloom. We have them growing wild in several places on our rural property in Central Texas. This week when we drove down there I noticed mine are about to bloom right now.

unfortunately, the alternate leaves I see here would rule out Callicarpa.
Plant it and they will come.
