Pretty sure Larry knew it was a variegated spider plant since he asked for help to "I.D.this spider plant".

The white centers with green edges look a lot like Spider Plant (Chlorophytum comosum 'White Lightning') which is the opposite of Spider Plant (Chlorophytum comosum 'Variegatum')
But it could be another cultivar too that we don't have photos of. It is very striking!

I did not realize spider plants had cultivar names. How many versions of striped leaves can there be?
