Annie,

Sorry to hear about Chester. It's so hard when they are very elderly. I've been down that road, too. Sad

BIPOLAR is a great way to describe February. We didn't get as warm as you did, but temps in the 50's was nice. We had a lot of snow melt the past 2 days. Wow! I can see the dirt ... even a bit of green grass. I haven't seen any yet, but some people have seen Robins. Sigh ... not gonna last though. Cold is coming back and snow and sleet along with it! Bleh ....

Oh, well ... gotta just make the best of it. Spring is coming ... it's just taking its time!

Take care,
Jane

We had 10F overnight last night (Saturday); today we hit a high of 50F. Tomorrow it's supposed to get to 60F. A couple days after that, snow. You can tell how wild the fluctuations are by the laundry: heavy sweaters, tee-shirts, snow pants, yoga pants. I'm waiting to see snow suits and swim suits in the same load!
I am not "country" I am "landed gentry."
