Hi! How can i post a plant image to the plant data-base from my smartphone? Thank you.

I moved your question to it's own thread since it was not related to the site update issues.
You will find the Plant Database in the menu at the top on the right side, click on the 3 bars to find it. Search for the plant you want, scroll down to the 'Adding Actions' where you will find the 'Upload an Image'. Follow the steps and submit.
