Definitely a Cymbidium, but there is no registered hybrid with that name. Probably a labelling mixup at the source.

Ah, now I understand why.
Ming Emperor is not the correct name. It's actually Cym. Ming 'Emperor' - Ming is the grex and Emperor the clonal name. I'll fix that.
