Peggy, this one is a small daylily; don't expect your blooms to get much bigger. Blooms are listed at 3.5 inches. Your plant may take another year or so before the scapes reach their listed height of 18". Still a small plant, though--ideal for the front of the bed.
I have had mine for two seasons. The first season the plant had scapes and blooms and then suffered an unfortunate accident. Along with Whatchamacallit, it is planted close to my driveway, and I ran over both of them.
I lost all the scapes last year.
This year the plant bloomed, and the color is just delightful--like a tropical drink. I am also happy to report that it has shown no rust thus far. I am hoping for rebloom on this one--we'll see.
