You only listed one of two names as hybridizer. It should read (Babb/Natte) - not just Babb ! Please correct this.

That is how it was automatically imported from the ADS site back in Jan. of this year. I see that it has been corrected and edited it here.

It takes a sense of humor to understand this name. Fortunately we buy daylilies on their looks and traits and not their names.

I most certainly buy my daylilies by their names. I don't buy daylilies if I don't like the name. I have many daylilies that I bought for the names, so I guess both ways. This particular daylily isn't my cup of tea, but I'm sure from a hybridizers view point it is a desirable one to add to the genetics.
