Just curios, why DA has almost all of their roses and Ragan sold out so quick?

I was watching this site from 9am EST and not refreshed it for about hour and within that time all my DA choices are gone. Was lucky with Palatine last year got everything from my list.
This year I might consider to install some soft catching changes in website not to miss the opening time.
