I saved the seeds from a couple of my Coleus plants last summer and you should see the range of colors I got, everything from all deep purple leaves to some that are white with green edges. Like Forrest Gump, "you never know what your gonna get."

I saved some coleus too but didn't plant up this year. Do you think they still may be viable next year?

I got another bed done today and am now about ready to fall over.

I'd love to see your new to you coleus.
Every gardener knows that under the cloak of winter lies a miracle ... a seed waiting to sprout, a bulb opening to the light, a bud straining to unfurl. And the anticipation nurtures our dream."

I don't know how long coleus seed are viable but I think I planted some from a seed packet that was a couple years old, back before the pandemic and they definitely germinated. Give it a try!
