What are these things they are everywhere mainly on walls and window seals and glass. They have wings

Depending on your part of the country this bug could be almost anything. Could you tell us more about the size and color, time of day, are they attracted to food or plants, or if you could a photograph.

Yes sure, they have wings and attracted to white by the looks of things, they are black in colour and are really small and thin.

Mainly on walls, ceilings and skin.

I have found out they are called Frips and apparently feed on plants, but I don't have any. So not sure how I'm going to get rid of them.

Maybe thrips? If so, and you don't have any houseplants, they shouldn't last long. Thrips feed on plants. Very odd that they're indoors — they could have come in on your clothing if you brushed against an infested plant.

They are outside on the windows as soon as I step outside I have lots of them on me. Thanks for your help

Perhaps they aren't thrips, which live on plants, not buildings. I'm so sorry, I can't ID them from those tiny pictures.
