Hello! Does anyone know what this is? It is very viney--it extended beyond the pot when it was thriving. Unfortunately, I have no good pictures of it, as you can all tell it is dying. But any suggestions would be great so I can bring it back or try again!

Looks like the stems are already gone(brown and shriveled ) ,you may have to cut and try a re-root to save the plant

..a balanced life is worth pursuit.
