We have DirecTV and it was a terrible struggle about a year ago to upgrade the system. The first tech guy came out and told us to start cutting down trees...ours and our NEIGHBORS. the second guy didn't have a clue. The third guy said the upgrade just needed to install a new dish and new receiver; it took about an hour. We still light candles and bless the name of Jonathan the DirecTV Guy.
