It may not be old enough. What kind of lemon is it? Grafted or seed grown?

In the ground or in pots?

Do you use a citrus specific plant food?

Can you post photos of the leaves?

Lemon tree in the ground.
Do use citrus food. Also put iron on it.

It often takes citrus 5 years to produce their first crop but... Your tree may not be getting enough direct sunlight. The tree needs 8 or more hours of sun per day to produce.

It your photo, it's in the shade up against a building. What direction does the wall face? How many hours of sun a day?

Have you checked the pH of the soil? If it's above 7, the iron and nutrients aren't doing the tree ant good. You may need an acidifier but really, it will be a constant battle to keep soil pH below 7.

"If it's above 7 [pH] , the iron and nutrients aren't doing the tree ant [sic] good". This paints with a brush much too broad, and is a little closer to true for plants in potting media than for plants like Gigi N's, which are growing in mineral soil/ the landscape.

One thing we CAN say is that dosing with iron sulfate or an iron chelate like Sprint 38 w/o good reason can limit uptake of potassium, phosphorous, calcium, zinc, copper, and especially manganese.
