Welcome 2024! Anyone else starting to think Spring and changes you want to make to gardens? I plan on moving more shade plants into a smaller area so watering isn't such a chore. I did get my two Montana Moonshine last night. Hurray!

I looked this morning but they had sold out. I had to work today and had to go to bed . Not sure if I will order anything for this Spring as my second surgery should happen in early May.

The first leg is definitely better then it was. Still get a bit sore by end of day standing on cement floors for 8 hours. They say it will take a year for swelling to go down all the way but was worth it. Would get second leg done sooner but state disability makes you go back to work for 20 weeks before you can go back on it. Gardens will be a mess next year as the first prevented Fall clean up and the next will be just in time for Spring.

I guess I should join the new link.

Local hosta group I belong to was/is planning their post Christmas potluck party today. We were supposed to message the hostess and let them know what we planned to bring. I also asked if they needed any other items like napkins, plates. NO response of any kind to 3 messages. We've decided not to go. It's about a 2 hour drive and we would have booked a motel overnight. But if they can't/won't communicate, we're not attending. I don't know this group very well because, while Ottawa is the biggest city in the region, its activities are centred around Kingston where the majority of the members live. And they often have activities I can't get to.

He mentions that if you don't see it available to ask him about it. So, he might have one or two tucked away.

Hoping my mito-no-hana comes up this spring, seemed to be slowly fading last year

My friend tried ordering it yesterday from Walter's. Their confirmation said it's not available until 07/25. It either sold out fast, or isn't doing well enough to sell yet.
