Sunny today, on the first day of Spring. 46/33, not very Springy weather but not unusual for mid March.

Currently 26 degrees, 49/33 today. Frost last night damaged the daylilies that are well out of the ground. Snow flurries yesterday, still seeing a few flakes flying this morning. Ah well, the sun is shining brightly!

Cool and sunny today. Our high will be 60.

It was suppose to be cloudy all day...turned out mostly sunny. Still cold though with a few flurries floating around from some big dark clouds mid morning. Wind just won't quit, at least it helps dry the muddy ground. Temps today were 29 & 39.

You know it's Spring when the guys with leaf blowers descend on your yard…which is happening as I write this! They are doing a bang up job out there, even cleaning under the bushes.

Partly cloudy, 52/29. It's going to drop for the next few days, back to winter again. I feel bad that everything is losing its leaf cover just before a freeze but there you go…sometimes it just works like that.

I'm glad I only cleaned off sdlgs. If they can't handle the weather I don't need them. I'm not sure where Spring went, but I think I jinxed us by changing to the new thread yesterday. Started with snow flurries this morning, then some sun & clouds and now a snow squall line is on us. It's really coming down out there. Temps were 26 & 48 before it started dropping around 4 this afternoon. Headed into the teens the next few nights and could see a foot of snow Saturday.

The squall that blew through last night left about an inch of snow stuck to everything by the wind and fast falling temp. Even though it was sunny today it was cold with more wind. Temps were 18 & 38. Tomorrow will be run errands day to get ready for the messy weekend. "They" have upped us to 12"+ now with some areas in a new 18"+ range. March, in like a lamb going out like a lion. The good news is it'll all melt next week as we return to temps near 50

Last I heard we hit 77. Not sure that is the final temp. Wish I could send you some warmth, Char.

Rain all day today, starting this morning, and then thunderstorms tomorrow. A horse show I was supposed to ride in tomorrow is canceled because of the weather forecast. I guess it's time to work inside the house.
