I try to always remember that we garden for our health and our health is improved by our gardening. This means pacing myself and being careful not to overdo it. Hope that shoulder feels better soon; there are times when Naproxen is my best friend!

Well said! With the issues that I've been having lately, I've learned to pace myself and take frequent sit-down rests. Luckily I have ensured that most garden areas have a place to sit in them Green Grin! Slow and steady makes gardening still enjoyable and is so much better than not doing anything at all. Take your time, do what you can, and enjoy yourself!
