Well said! With the issues that I've been having lately, I've learned to pace myself and take frequent sit-down rests. Luckily I have ensured that most garden areas have a place to sit in them Slow and steady makes gardening still enjoyable and is so much better than not doing anything at all. Take your time, do what you can, and enjoy yourself!
