i'm looking to plant a garden bed with all fish named varieties, fish peppers, salmon creek squash, speckled trout lettuce, etc. can someone please tell me some more plants with fish names?

I tried out of curiosity. Salmon produces a lot of search results. So do trout, goldfish, snapper, tuna, mackerel, and koi. Even catfish produced a few results.

What a fun idea! Now to actually find the desired plants.

Unfortunately this plant is super aggressive, and impossible to prevent over-running the bed.

Salmon Star Lily

As salmon is a color as well as a fish, you'll have plenty of choices there. I have delosperma salmony pink and Epilobium canum 'Sierra Salmon'. Of course, the plants will all bloom in pretty much the same color - it will be very pretty with everything in the same coloring, but may not be what you want.

So maybe looking for some of the other terms. There are Trout Lilies, Iris Ensata 'Flashing Koi', Alocasia 'Stingray'.
