two people have tree mailed me
and it says on my laptop
not found on the server

I can send a tree mail I suppose it goes through but I can not
receive one..

can anyone help me by posting here?

Click on the envelope in the menu at the top. All present and past tree mails are there.

I did click on the envelope and its red today
I saw one tree mail where it had a red flag meaning someone answered it
so I clicked on the post I had made where the red alert was
and read the tree mail back to me or answer

however when I access my Tree mail box I can not see the tree mails new ones..

any more ideas?

now it says no server found and mentions mail in it
and I clicked on the envelope
and I also saw tree mail from Sue
and one other

but can not get any others in the inbox
its saying mail server not found.

any computer people out there or administrators to help me?

First, what device are you using? Phone, iPad or laptop?
If on a phone, you have to click the 3 bars upper right in the menu bar.

The envelope is always there in the menu bar at the top to access t-mail, it only turns red when you have new t-mail or reply. You can click on the gray envelope and you will see two options:
Access your full Tree-Mail Inbox
and
Compose a new mail.
Click that first one and you'll see your entire list of t-mails.

Could be issues with your IP provider or you may need to clear your cache. Just a couple of ideas.
