This tree is in another yard spreading little versions of itself all the way into my garden! I know very little of trees as I work with succulents primarily haha. I'm having real trouble identifying this unique leafed tree.

Central California. The leaves and stem have a very light peach fuzz texture. Tree is in shade with part sun. Little off shoot plants have bright green leaves. Let me know if I should include more photos.

Welcome!

Have you ever seen flowers? Fruit/seedpods? Can you photograph the entire tree? And a couple more photos so we can get an overall feel for leaf/branch structure?

I'm from Central California and it looks really familiar but I'm not placing it from just one leaf.

The leaf and behavior makes me think of Golden Rain tree.

So its a smaller tree under another tree. Which I didn't realize is the SAME kind of tree. The tree i was staring at has zero pods but the larger tree above it does have pods. See photos.
