Thread OP

Does anyone know what this beautiful little tree or plant is? It started appearing about a week ago ain my Rose Bed. The leaves are so nice and soft and I think it's pretty. I would like to even relocated if I could.
Thanks,
Shantel

Welcome! Shantelstone! I like your spiral bed. If you live in a subtropical climate (it's a good idea to add your location/zone to your profile), that could be a seedling of the Royal Poinciana (Delonix regia). I have this tree and it seeds freely in my yard.

It could, if it has tiny yellow fruit on the underside of the stem, be Phyllanthus urinaria Chamberbitter

Possibly Mimosa pudica

Possibly Acacia

Without a location, it is not easy to say exactly what plant you have.

I dont know what it is. The leaflets look similar to Delonix or Mimosa pudica. But i think its not Delonix nor Mimosa.
Both plant have bipinnate leaves which come early even in seedling Smiling

At this point I doubt you are going to be able to make an accurate id. There are just to many similar plants.

It looks much like a Tamarindus indica seedling to me. (maybe sprouted from a thrown seed)?

But like Tara says, a geographic location is so important for determination as there are so many look-a-likes, especially at this young stage of the plant.

I don't think so. The growth pattern of the leaves looks different to me.

In what state/city or country does this plant live?
I agree that it looks like some kind of Sesbania but knowing the location of the garden might narrow it down a bit.
