I am curious about both plants, the succulent and the soft green plant. Perhaps it is a yucca not a succulent.

Yes, Cotton Lavender (Santolina virens 'Lemon Fizz')

There are a few nice variegated yucca, one is Weeping Yucca (Yucca gloriosa var. tristis Walberton's® Bright Star)
or Variegated Spineless Yucca (Yucca gigantea 'Variegata')
