Its time to move into the new year. I am tiring quickly of this cold weather. I need to get outside and start preparing a bunch of wood pieces for epiphytic mounts. Its just too cold though.

This cold, for real. I know it's just "part of the season", but I don't want a part in it. Anyone from Florida know how I opt out of winter? Where did you get your paperwork from?

It's supposed to be 35 here on Saturday! Ugh!

Going to have to move to Florida, because I can't afford to flee the country right now. Plus, I have too many plants that would have to go across the border.

Thanks, James. I thought it was an interesting "take" on the thread, but it was a typo, nothing more. Sometimes my fingers are in motion before my brain is in gear. Sticking tongue out

I'm glad to leave 2016, but not really ready for 2017 yet. Is there some other alternate reality where I can hang out for a year? I'm not ready to turn 70 yet!

I unwatched the grumpy thread because I didn't want to be grumpy but then I was grumpy because I missed all of my friends on here Whistling Whistling Whistling Today I was grumpy because I couldn't figure out this blankety blank new tax program but I finally got over it when I fixed the problem before the tech team could come up with the answer! So I didn't go back and read all of the grumpies, but the weather is enough to be grumpy about! As I said in another thread, I went outside over lunch and now I understand this cartoon- enough said:

Um James, you'll have to go farther south than I am. Sat. will be 48/28 and Sun. is slated to be 48/27. Good days to light the fire.

This is where I am compared to Florida, so I guess I need to be further south than a St. Petersburg/Palm Bay line.
