It looks like Yucca gloriosa to me. The two plants are quite similar but only Yucca aloifolia has a sharp-pointed terminal leaf spine. Yucca gloriosa tends to have wide, more lax leaves with more reduced marginal teeth. We have a lot more gloriosas than aloifolias locally.
