What: 2017 Spring Plant Swap
Registration Begins: Wednesday, February 21, 2017 at 7:00pm
Trading Begins: Tuesday, April 18 at 7:00pm
Trading Ends: Wednesday, May 3 at 7:00pm

Swap Date: Saturday, May 6, 2017
Time: Noon to 4:30 pm
Where: Jan's place in Pennsville, NJ (Just across the Delaware Memorial Bridge). Directions will be posted at a later date.
Who: NGA Members and their guests (scroll down thread for list of party-goers)

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE
You will notice that trading ends Wednesday evening before the swap. This is to allow those persons that may begin traveling on Friday enough time to prepare their swap items.

As with past swaps, we will be using the Seed Swap tool here on the NGA site. A link to the swap will be posted when available.

I'll be there! Joyanna, too, most likely (although it's getting pretty close to recital & she has a Saturday ballet class).

Carpooling is a great idea, especially with the longer distance for some of us.

Terri, I figure we can ride together as usual? Maybe Martina & Sarah can jump in with us... and/or will your friend Cheryl be back from FL by then? (Whichever friends don't come to the swap with us, we can perhaps haul along to the Greensprings sale) Meghan should be back home by then, so she may want to ride with us also (I talked to her this weekend, and she's doing great!). Oh gosh and maybe Theresa. No worries, we are really good at packing plants around people and vice versa... but it's possible we'll end up needing more than the Odyssey LOL.

I plan to come too. Hopefully will have DH's car - Francine you are welcome to ride with me if you can stand my driving.

Rick, when you next edit, just add Joyanna & me to the list at the top... other friends won't know until closer to the date if they'll be able to tag along.

I told @Jan that if I was in the area and not 'grandparenting' twins and older two, that I would love to be at the Swap! Even requested same space under big tree by back steps to set up.
Hope lots of our Northeast neighbors can join in again. too. As I recall a number of people stayed over night and brunched together the next morning before heading home. Hey @Jan. how many camping spaces do you have?

@Sallyg and anyone with the option of taking 95 or 50/301 across the Eastern Shore From Annapolis it took Wayne and I just under 2 hours to Jan's and we were not speeding and stopped halfway to use the facilities at Money's Farmers Market. NO traffic (except for Delaware Memorial Bridge) and a scenic pleasant relaxing drive (double divided hwy) We love that route on 50/301. The early May Sat. date is before 'Reach the Beach' traffic sets in...

Two single beds, a double bed and a camper that could sleep a few, plus a couple tents.
