If you use the Lily Auction, check with seller Greg Lough, aka Screek on the Lily Auction. He sent 'Carnival in Brazil' last year as a bonus. I liked it well enough to keep at least another year, but it's a round form and I usually pass those along so it may be looking for a home this fall.

Charley, Paul Owen, the hybridizer, has IMPULSE OF INNOCENCE. The only other place I have reliably seen it is from Northern Lights but they list it as sold out. Paul is a tad more expensive but he will send you a heck of a plant!

Charley, I "stickied" this thread for everyone to list their 2017 want lists. We have a classified/for sale thread stickied, no reason not to have a wanted one sticky, too. I do suggest when finalizing any sale or trade to do it by tmail, posting addresses and such is not a good idea in a public forum.

The only other place I've seen Impulse of Innocence listed is on Rich Howard's site, he does have it priced higher than Paul. Both send great plants!

E-mail the hybridizer. I have a hard time believing that is still $100. Many times those pages are not updated. Bonnie Nichols has it as well at Oak Hill but I think she's sold out.

I'm glad you posted that, I knew I had seen Carnival in Brazil last year, but I was racking my brain and I couldn't remember where. I had considered purchasing it for one of my friends and her husband who are from Brazil.


And I can second what Pat said, Becky is GREAT to buy from. Highly recommended.

@Charlemagne Chicago Girls is a new introduction this year. I would recommend you purchase the daylilies on your list directly from Judy Davisson, love the plants she sends and you can get on a waiting list for those that are sold out.
