Sharon. my birthday is next Sun. We usually got a few flakes of snow, then! How much sage do you put in your dressing? I made a #9 iron skillet of cornbread. I always just guess, but it might be better if I knew!

Then Happy Birthday to you Sunday, Audrey!

Sage. I usually use about 1 tablespoon of dried sage for every 4 cups of dry bread mix (cornbread, unsweetened). If you use fresh sage, then it would be about 3 tablespoons. I think that's about right for the ratio of dried to fresh. I usually fly by the seat of my pants when cooking, so my measurements are often guesses, but usually close.

Happy Thanksgiving!
