There is a Cryptocereus/Selenicereus anthonyanus and also another similar one called Epiphyllum anguliger. I can't keep them apart unless I see the bloom, but surely others can.
But it also looks to me that there is a piece of another Epiphyllum in there, perhaps oxypetalum.
The golden rule: Do to others only that which you would have done to you.

Try to be more valuable than a bad example.
Then this one should be E. anguliger, correct? Especially, since the bud shows yellow on the outside. I think the ridges on this one are deeper than on E. crenatum, I would think?
Name: Carol Santa Ana, ca Sunset zone 22, USDA zone 10 A.
You're correct, Ursula. E. crenatum is a more open form of ric rac. It also shows the yellow outer petals when in bud though. It is also more blue/grey leaves than most Epis.
