There is a Cryptocereus/Selenicereus anthonyanus and also another similar one called Epiphyllum anguliger. I can't keep them apart unless I see the bloom, but surely others can.
But it also looks to me that there is a piece of another Epiphyllum in there, perhaps oxypetalum.
