Cedar Creek, TX
In the Nov. 11 post, GrammaChar has a photo of a path with an arbor among trees. I am wondering if they can identify the green tall plants on either side in the foreground? They look alot like a plant that showed up in my yard and am trying to ID. Thank you! Janet

I looked at GrammaChar's pics and don't see the one in question. Where did you see it? You can contact GrammaChar directly and ask.

If this is the lovely photo with the plants you are wondering about, perhaps @GrammaChar can help with identity:

For some reason I couldn't get the tags to work when I submitted this photo. Sticking tongue out
The tall green plants in the foreground are Mexican petunias (ruella or ruellia). They bloom purple, pink, and white and are notorious self-seeders. The tall yellow to the left is Salvia Madrensis and the vine on the trellis is Cape Honeysuckle. The green-leafed trees are Live Oaks, while the ones with color are Cedar Elms.
Hope this helps @janetfb.

I added the tags to that image for you. Smiling

Thank you @dave ! I'm sure you do many unacknowledged good deeds every day, so I wanted you to know how much I appreciate this one.
I tip my hat to you.
