Happy to suggest.
Can't speak for that Ech., but the Kal. can take as much sun as you can provide. As you probably know, acclimate gradually to avoid sunburn. And if the pot has been facing the same way for a while, try to remember which side was facing the sun. I've caused burn spots from taking cuttings & putting what was the shady side toward the sun. The exposure was the same but the sides got switched.
Stem cuttings take root easily, I usually let them dry overnight but not always if I'm in a hurry to avoid Jack Frost. Individual leaves too. The variegated leaves will probably make albino babies that can't survive but the plain leaves make fun babies all around the edges of removed leaves.
Grows so fast, I stick stems all over my landscape in the spring & spend most of the year in wonderfully decadent zone denial.
Also great for gifts on account of the reliable end-of-the-year bloom season.
