I just checked out this link (really shouldn't have ) and I LOVE the Faerie Story Collection and would love to put it in my Fairy Garden in the Grandchildren garden

Maryl, a few years back, I bought some Faulkner seedlings off the Lily Auction (from someone to whom Faulkner had given a slew) and each one was a keeper for bloom time. I would have more of a heat hardiness than cold evaluation, but they all passed that test, too. Each has been slow to increase, but I still would have them. All that said, if the 'discarded' seedlings performed as well as they have, imagine what his keepers would do.

I don't have any Bob Faulkner plants but I have bought a few seed crosses from LA this year that have some of his plants as parents, Ink and Pink, Almira Buffalo Bone Jackson and Psychedelicious are three of the parents used and then two more are from unnamed Bob Faulkner daylilies. Looking forward to seeing what I get in a few years' time.

I know that he grows in Zone 5 if that helps.

Well I'm blaming @Maryl for this one Since she so graciously shared the link to Bob Faulkner's site, of course I HAD to look , and after looking on the LA and then talking to Mark Sattelmeier of abundantdaylilies on the phone, emailing back and for with Bob Faulkner, Mark Sattelmeier gave me a price on the entire Faerie Story Collection of Bob Faulkner and this is what I'm getting to be placed in the Fairy Garden which is in the Grandchildren Garden - they are all small ones:
