Maryl, a few years back, I bought some Faulkner seedlings off the Lily Auction (from someone to whom Faulkner had given a slew) and each one was a keeper for bloom time. I would have more of a heat hardiness than cold evaluation, but they all passed that test, too. Each has been slow to increase, but I still would have them. All that said, if the 'discarded' seedlings performed as well as they have, imagine what his keepers would do. Smiling
