Thanks Lin, the yellow is quite popular here too. agree they are beautiful, although I have no idea on their Root quality.
This white is an incidental finding among cassava farm at my place, an edible root type, I felt sorry to have lost it. Being a cassava, it should be too-easy to propagate,.. (lesson not to take anything for granted)
There was also an even more stunning yellow-blotchy Xanthosoma sagitata I found in our garden, in the past. An edible tuber producer, with huge leaves (sorry no picture), lost in extinction without any chance to propagate. I had some tubers, but all were munched by porcupine out in the garden...
